Where to watch presidential debates?

  • 8

I don't have broadcast. Where can we watch the presidential debates?

Bonus points for noting any likely political lean of the establishment while leaving your own politics unguessable.

  1. Harvard Square. If you'd prefer to see how it is playing out, maybe an Irish pub. Or a sports bar for competitive atmosphere, plus it would be ideologically mixed. Game On! maybe? http://gameonboston.com/

    1. People's Republik in Central Square could be a fun place for a liberal leaning crowd. Also, all the debates are streamed on the internet, so even without broadcast you could watch from home (if you've got internet access)

      1. You both win bonus points!

        1. Parlor Sports (next to Trina's Starlite Lounge, Somerville) announced that since there's no sports on tonight, they'll be playing the debates with sound. PS is probably more right leaning than the leftist TSL, but no clue who they'll attract.

It's a sad day when a Red Sox- Yankees game doesn't count as a sport ....

While I would normally agree, this year has been so bad, that getting it over as soon as humanly possible (and even discounting it's existence) is the only option.

            3. This post makes me love this board more than I already do. And bonus points for the Sox mention in the responses! :)
