Small one woman under a green umbrella operation. These rice noodles have such a, what clean(?) pure(?), taste. Had chicken was happy

      Well a small dab of finely chopped chicken with a kernel or two of corn, but yes, pork, shrimp, dried shrimp, and fish w/egg are also offered - $1.50 to $1.75 American

        I really like the dried shrimp rice rolls that Ho Won bakery(Hester and Elizabeth) sells for $1. They're the only bakery open at 7AM when I leave for work. They're a bit unconventional in that they have no sauce, but they have a nice bouncy chew and a lot of scallion and dried shrimp flavor.
