Girls Weekend in Vegas

I will be traveling to Vegas next week with a group of 6 girls. We are looking for some fun and tasty places to eat on the strip. Price is not a big concern but we would like quality food and a great atmosphere. Open to any suggestions. We will definitely want sushi one night. We have eaten at Prime, Michael minga, Charlie Palmer, aureole, and joes crab in the past.

For a group, mid-range (for Vegas), and non-steakhouse, I'd suggest Jaleo (at Cosmopolitan) or Julian Serrano (at Aria). They both have excellent paellas, and I enjoyed the food at both. Scene is more fun at Jaleo, and IIRC its wine list is a bit more interesting.
