Campanile is passing into the history books and a new "Bill Chait/Walter Manzke" mash up will be taking its place: http://www.latimes.com/features/food/...
Very sad to see it go. I'm a big fan of all of Manzke's previous kitchens, but restaurant spaces abound in this city. I wish there was room for both.
Loved it for lunch back about 10 years ago. Can't say I'm too upset about it passing given what's coming next in that space!
