Kalani coconut liqueur

i just got a bottle of this and was wondering if anyone else has tried it.

I have to say this is by far the most authentic and natural tasting coconut product I have had, tastes like alcoholic coconut milk. Wonderful stuff.

I have seen it in two different packages, this very fancy one that sells for $35-45 - I have seen no mention of this on chowhound, I would guess that the high price has discouraged people from trying an unknown liqueur - it kept me away for a while.

And this rather plain one,. which is what I got from drinkupNY.com for $20 - when I saw this price I didn't hesitate because I thought it sounded interesting.

Thank you for posting. We are the producers of Kalani in the Yucatán Peninsula, in México.

We are now pushing it more aggresively into the states. Hope you find is more often,
