Where to have "last" dinner in SGV?

  • 1

Well, certainly not the last forever, but the last before we move from SGV-adjacent South Pasadena. We've been stuck in a Tasty Noodle House groove for a while now, but I feel like we should try one more Chinese place this weekend before the move. Must be open for dinner. Already been to Din Tai Fung, 101 Noodle, Chung King, King Hua, Sea Harbor, Newport Seafood and several other of the usual suspects. We like Szechwan, Hunan, Shanghai, noodle houses, etc.

  1. Go OG and get a pork chop rice and some stinky tofu at Old Country Cafe and finish it off with endless Taiwanese shaved ice, a perfect coup de grâce to this miserably hot weather in SoCal.
