Mexican Iced Coffee in Downtown??

Hey all... Headed to Austin next week and so looking forward to our trip. Was in Boston a few weeks back and had the most AMAZING Mexican Iced Coffee (had choc, chili and cinnamon in it). Do you think I might be able to find something similar down there? We are staying at the W, so would prefer a fairly close proximity to the hotel.

I believe Tamale House East had such an item on the menu.

I'm not big on coffee but I've been with people who said Walton's Fancy Staple on W. 6th has great coffee.
