Question about steamed buns--Mantou??

Hello,
I am looking to recreate the infamous Momofuku buns of NYC(without making the buns). Does anyone know of a bakery in SF or Bay area that makes a great one. I am specifically looking for ones that are pre-split and not to heavy on the bun. If you've been to Momofuku you know what I am referring to. Thanks for any help!!!
