Bar Lola Closed for Renovation

I did a search to see if a CH had posted this but couldn't find anything.

I was really hoping to have dinner at BL when we come up for our maine vacatn this wk but no.
They are doing private functions tomorr and thurs and then closed til renovations are finished, est. end oct.

Thanks for posting this. I am researching Portland restaurants. We'll be there to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I wondered why there was no menu for Bar Lola on their website.

Bar Lola is absolutely my favorite Portland restaurant, so I'm sorry you can't be there for your anniversary. For my SO and me, our top "anniversary" restaurant is Back Bay Grill, for superb white table cloth service and great food.

We went there the other night. Top notch service; food v good. Ya' gotta go to Tao in Brunswick!
