Roka in Hong Kong?

ccinlondon Sep 24, 2012 12:34 PM

Roka was one of my favorite restaurants when I was living in London and I noticed that it has a location in Hong Kong. Has anyone been and what do they think? We will be in Hong Kong for 4 nights in November so planning out our "food" itinerary based off all the recommendations.

I tried Roka back in 2006 or so in Pacific Place. It doesn't compare at all with Roka in London (Canary Wharf branch, at least). Having said that I didn't try Roka London until 2009 so things could have improved since then.

Never heard of it, but seems to be a robata place. Doesn't get any love on these boards. Could be for a reason?

Edit: I see it now, it is in Pacific Place. Doesn't sound that appealing, actually.
