I would suggest the bbq shrimp at Deanie's in Bucktown. My preferences are oysters and frog legs but those bbq shrimp are awesome. I'm not a huge fan of their fried seafood though. They pile the platters high though and it isn't bad, I just prefer my own. Not far from there in Metairie is Bozo's and I like their fried oysters a lot. But I haven't been in a number of years. Casamento's would be my first choice for fried oysters.

Man you gotta be kidding me. This is a very open question. Too many variations of seafood out there to give one answer.
            Dragos for grilled oysters
Redfish Grill has a good choice
            Casamentos for fried oyesters
Sal & Judy's for softshell crab
Middendorf's for fried catfish and stuffed flounder

This is really not a fair question.
