I read an article about a small butcher in Santa Paula that processes live animals and I wanted to pass this along. They apparently have a loyal following in the area.
Re Santa Paula Butcher they don`t have a retail counter. You get them a cow they give youback steaks ect. They will also line you up with a farmer for the animals. My only interest wasin sausages .

Also, noticed ReRide Ranch sending its pigs there for butchering.
