Santa Paula butcher Ventura County

I read an article about a small butcher in Santa Paula that processes live animals and I wanted to pass this along. They apparently have a loyal following in the area.

Just read about them recently as well. They also cure ham and smoke bacon, and allow you to observe the slaughter, keep the head, etc.:

Also, noticed ReRide Ranch sending its pigs there for butchering.

Re Santa Paula Butcher they don`t have a retail counter. You get them a cow they give you
back steaks ect. They will also line you up with a farmer for the animals. My only interest was
in sausages .
