Trip to Morocco

I wiil be part of a group of four going to Morocco from Oct. 4 thru Oct. 14, 2012. We will be visiting Rabat, Chefchaquen, Fes, Erfoud, Quarzazate, Marrakesh, and Casablanca. We are reasonably adventurous eaters and would appreciate dinner recs, especially for Moroccan and Moroccan fusian cuisines. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
