Willamette Valley Oysters/Sparkling Wines

My husband in I will be visiting the Willamette Valley region and Oregon coast over the Thanksgiving weekend. We will only be in Portland to fly in and out, so we looking for restaurants around the Willamette Valley or Oregon coast that have a good raw bar. Our other passion is sparkling wines. We know of Argyle, especially their rose brut, but are there others of particular note we should visit? Thanks for any suggestions.
