Prime Rib???

Looking for a place to have a small surprise birthday party in the Providence/ Southeast Mass area where the birthday boy can have his favorite meal- prime rib! Suggestions??

If you can drive a little out of your way, I'd highly recommend the prime rib at David Burke Prime at Foxwoods/MGM Grand. It leads the menu there, and with good reason.
