Recommendation for steak house in Philadelphia

A friend asked me to recommend a good Philadelphia steak house and I'm stumped. When we go into Philly, I'm looking for a different kind of eating experience. What can you recommend? Thanks.

Here's another Barclay Prime.

I like Barclay Prime. It's one of the few that isn't a national chain. The food and atmosphere are modern.

Of all the chains, Capitol Grille is the best. And Barclay Prime is very good. Butcher and Singer in the old Striped Bass space is good too.

Of the three, I actually enjoyed Butcher and Singer the most. The service at Barclay was a little intrusive, while B&S was attentive yet low-key. The steaks at all three were excellent, but I preferred the sides at B&S (although I just checked--they still have the asparagus, but the potatoes au gratin is gone).
