Where is the best place to purchase fresh honey. I understand it is best to get from a beekeeper. I absolutely love the greek honey and I was wondering what was comparable to that in the US.

I definitely second buying it local. Not only will it taste fantastic, you'll be supporting local beekeepers :), AND you'll be getting all the health benefits of local honey. When I first moved back up to CT from DC, I developed some icky seasonal allergies. Some friends recommended adding some local honey into my diet, and lo and behold! My allergies disappeared! woohoo! Where abouts do you live?

Devil's River honey is what I've been buying lately. I get it at my local farmer's market (like scoutmaster suggests). I've never had Red Bee, it's at the other end of the state.
