kid friendly in or around redwood city

I have a last minute request chowhounders...I need a kid friendly restaurant near RWC. Not too pricey, but not to cheap...somewhere in the middle.

Thanks

Vesta for great wood-fired pizza in a nice yet casual setting. There's also Donato Enoteca.

I wouldn't call Donato Enoteca kid friendly. Vesta maybe. Really depends on the kids. I was thinking of suggesting Crouching Tiger because it's asian and asians treat kids well, but without knowing the ages and number of kids it's too hard to say.

No, Donato is not casual in the kid sense but I've seen young children there and they do have high chairs.

Milagro's is kid-friendly outdoors and kind of nice. Food is much better than I expected.

We've taken kids to Donato and they have done very well. They do pizza and pasta and my kids are actually like the squid ink risotto - they loved the color. They do have high chairs.

Not RWC proper, but how about The Refuge in San Carlos? The few times I've been there, I've seen lots of kids in high chairs.
