Online food-related college courses
With the number of free online courses growing rapidly, I'm wondering if anyone has taken any food-related courses online, and if you have, what did you think of them?
I just came across a description of one such course entitled The Science of Gastronomy https://www.coursera.org/course/scigast There are so many courses being offered in so many disciplines by colleges and universities around the world. I'd love to hear from anyone who has first hand experience with any of these. Thanks!
