Anyone eaten at Kermit's new place yet?

He posted this to his Facebook page a couple of days ago. Anybody tried it yet? And: can it be safely walked to in daylight from the Quarter? Thanks!

Fried Chicken
Fried Kermit the Frog legs!
Whole Fried Trout
Smothered Pork Chops
Spicy Ass Turkey Necks, Corn and Potatoes
Stewed Rabbit
Butter Beans
Cabbage
Mac and Cheese
Potatoe Salad and Cornbread

I ate there the first day it opened! The food was fair. I think I had chicken, cabbage and some sort of beans. I think it was a little expensive. I don't think that there is a formal menu-just people cooking outside on a barbecue grill. Yes it is safe to walk to from the Quarter during the day. Enjoy! I love Kermit also!

Thanks very much, teachergirl23. Will be there in December and am trying to check out some newer places. I find that I have so many regular (and classic) favorites that I am not learning as much as I should about the more recently-opened places. Appreciate the tip.

I just remembered what I had-chicken, cabbage, and red beans and rice. I have a friend who is a huge fan of red beans and rice and I could never understand why until I had Kermit's. Those were the best red beans and rice I have ever had! I wanted to ask for a second serving. I have to say-that menu you have listed above sounds pretty amazing!
