Vegetarian Portuguese Sausage

Once a month I get to prepare dinner for a group of people I do work with. One of them recently started experimenting with being vegetarian. If there is nothing vegetarian served, he will make due without fuss. I remember a few years ago another friend talking about some great vegetarian Portuguese Sausage, but have no idea where she found it, or if it is still available. I tried down to earth in Moiliili the other day, but no luck, and the cashier had never heard of it.
