Does Chapoutier seriously believe that a dragon tee shirt will be
    confused with a Saint Joseph?

Know anything about trademarks? If you fail to defend it, you can basically lose all rights to defending it in the future . . . T-shirt today, wine tomorrow . . . .

I want an M. Chapoutier tee-shirt, but will pick up one in Burgundy in October - not in China.

          Hi Bill:

You will need to go further than Burgundy to visit Chapoutier. It is based
in the Rhone valley, in a small village called Tain l'Hermitage. The most convenient
train stop is in Valence which is on the TGV line between Paris and Marseilles.

Duh, I knew that, but had already declared "Wine-thirty," and just messed up...

Thank you for the necessary correction.

PS - Maybe I was just feeling lazy about getting the ô... no, I wish that was it, but just a brain-cramp.
