Northern Spy for me. A little tight on the seating but better food and better service.

I'd have to go with Back Forty. Mainly because I've been there more times, it's much roomier & I can't get enough of the Pork Jowl Nuggets, their fried chicken & the cocktails.

That having been said, I have yet to have a bad meal at Northern Spy.

NSFC by far. I find the menu really boring at B40, and the service awkward. NSFC has a great menu with lots of changes etc, and a great staff. Got a few salads there yesterday, all very good. Maybe B40 was something in the past, but it isnt any more, as I see it.

Thanks all! I went to Northern Spy with 2 friends this Saturday night and we all enjoyed our meals, including kale salad, pork sticky buns, lamb, shrimp and chicken. I do agree that the seating was quite tight though.
