Homefries at Schillers

Chowhounders, I need your help, I only like one kind of home fries, the kind they serve at schiller's. I'm trying to find out the recipe but I don't know how to describe it, but you know what I mean. What is that style of home fries called?

I had them a few years back and remembered that they were delicious but had to google it for an image so I could remember what style they were. I came up with this site that has a photo:

I would describe them as "country style" home fries for lack of a better description. Looks like they are prepared with onions and paprika.

Why don't you call Schiller's amd ask for their recipe? They might even tell you!
