Best weekday 8am luxury breakfast?

Hi,

Looking for best weekday 8am luxury breakfast. Anywhere but not above 40th street. Online open table booking would be great.

    Below 40th Street upscale breakfast:
    Ai Fiori
    The NoMad

    Less luxurious but also below 40th St and good:
    Locanda Verde
    The Breslin
    Balthazar
    Maialino
    Joseph Leonard

      Wow. As usual, a great list. I would definitely put Maialino at the top of mine.
