Saturday brunch theater district/hell's kitchen

I am looking for a nice, reasonable restaurant, no further than 50th Street, for a Saturday brunch/lunch before seeing a show. Omelets with a good choice of veggies is a must. Sosa Borello was recommended and we really liked the menu, but they now open at 4:30 on weekends. I have been to Thalia and liked that, but would like to try another place. I did not care for Pigalle.

No further north - somewhere between 43rd and 50th Streets and 7th and 9th Avenues would be best.
