Video playback not working on i-Pad

Videos not working on my i-Pad. The links only display a static zoomed-in image. When I navigate away from the page, it displays normally for half a second and then goes to the next address. Advice?

I'm looking at videos right now on my ipad, and they are playing normally for me. Can you tell me which url/video you were looking at specifically? Is it on the CHOW video hub or on the Chowhound righthand column?

The Chow ones don't work:

Hi Samalicious.

Videos are working for me on the iPad, though at times there is a delay between pushing the play button and the video actually playing.

Are you watching with your iPad vertical/upright, or horizontal (so that the video resizes to full screen)? I'm wondering if somehow the full-screen version is getting hung up.

Also, are you using Safari or another browser?

Using Safari. If you refer to the photo I posted you can see the screen orientation.
Don't know what else to tell you...I can always watch them on my laptop instead.
