Lunch in Oakland on a Weekday for Sister's Big Bday

My poor sister has her board exams coming up and doesn't want to go out for a big dinner for her 30th(!) birthday so she has her evening open for studying. We want to take her somewhere special for lunch in Oakland (she doesn't want to drive to SF) and price is not a consideration. It will be 4 adults and I will be bringing my 1 year old. Any suggestions?

      BocaNova and Cafe at Chez Panisse were the first to that came to my mind, also.
