Seeking restaurant recommendations for New Hampshire and Vermont

Planning our first ever trip to New England foliage trip. Seeking recommendations for restaurants from North Conway, NH to Smugglers Resort, Vermont and then south to the Berkshires. Will be posting this again in southern new england board also. Prefer regional restaurants -- the kind that you will not want to miss. Not concerned about cost as this is a once in a lifetime trip and want to make it memorable. Thanks for all of your recommendations.

It's sort of chain-ey, but I love The Common Man group of restaurants in NH. The one in Lincoln may be on your way through NH to Vermont, but try google mapping it.

Very New England style menu, warm decor.

If you've got a sweet tooth pit in to Chutters in Littleton, NH in between North Conway and VT.

The whole town of Littleton has a bunch of "touristy" stores near Chutters as well.

If you're a beer aficianado then head to Moat Mountain Smokehouse in North Conway and then when in VT do not miss any and all the Hill Farmstead beers you see on tap.
