Tequila Tasting in SD

In honor of the birthday of the esteemed Beach Chick (and her size 2 knit bikini) the good folks at Spirit of Tequila are putting on a festival in Old Town this Saturday, Sept. 15th. Is anyone going?

This is, apparently, the 9th installment of this event. Has anyone ever gone to one of these tasting extravaganzas? I'm actually waiting for the Tequila Expo in Tijuana next month (Oct. 14th) when I can go taste the stuff that doesn't get imported

In regards to tasting the stuff that doesn't get imported...I can attest, since I lived with one of the main Tequila families in Guadalajara, and when we would go to the summer house in Tequila, they would break out the really good stuff that was for family and friends that was off the chain good.
I miss those days and they had their own personal mariachi band..solid.
