Park Slope (Southern end preferred) Coffee/Tea open after 7pm

I've got some recurring business that id like to conduct in a coffeeshop type setting but I'm having a hell of a time finding anywhere open after 7pm. Ideally close to either the 4th/9th or 7th avenue F trains, and not somewhere two people conversing would bother others. WiFI and good food not required, passable beverages preferred (though for this request, space and availability/hours are top priority).

The only thing I can think of on the south side is Couleur Cafe, open until 9pm.
On Union St Tea Lounge is open much later, but mediocrity is its middle name, and it's nowhere near the requested area.

Couleur Cafe looks promising - is that in the space that used to be a headshop/hookah bar?

        Thats the one.

You could also try Roots on 5th ave or Naidres on 7th ave each open until 8pm

      An unusual alternative: http://www.cocoabarnyc.com/hours-map/

It has a nice back room, and is open until 11PM. It's not right upstairs from the train, but it's not too far: 7th ave and 3rd street.

I think of it more of a coffee shop, despite its name,
