best burger in midtown?
I am leaving NY soon and want a great burger for lunch with colleagues in Midtown (ideally east) before I go. I have been to Shake Shack, Burger Joint, 21 Club and Social Eatz. Other ideas/votes/comparisons sought. Price no object.
Keens? Smith & Wollensky? Blarney Stone? PJ Clarke's? What's your call?

I agree that DB is excellent. Also, though people might have an issue with it (I guess because its a chain) Hillstone's is very good. I would add that I have consistently had GREAT burgers at Smith & Wollensky's Grill (always great service, too - a nice experience). Also enjoyed Maloney & Porcelli's burger very much but that was a while ago. (Hard to pass by everything else to choose the burger - its a solid menu). Morton's has a very good burger. Any steakhouse, I guess.

The burgers at Hillstone (formerly known as Houston's, in the basement of the Citicorp Building) are pretty good. The space is nice, too -especially for a (bibulous?) group meal.
I used to be a big fan of PJ Clarke's burgers, but I like them less now.
+1 for DB's, but I think of that venue as west, not east. -
