Preserved mustard greens

Bought a package of preserved mustard greens to make some delicious dry-fried string beans... I only used a small amount and now have a bunch leftover. Does anyone have any tips on 1) how best to store these or 2) other uses for these? I love the flavor of them but am not quite sure what the best use is.
