Jill Twohig's Deep Dish Apple Pie???
This was a great recipe! I found the crust amazingly easy to make - even made it in the KA as opposed to the original directions. I will definitely be making it again - maybe even this weekend - hoping to get the crust flakier - I am thinking that maybe it was thicker than I wanted because I had to sub Margerine in for the butter that was called for.
This recipe is worth the try. Google it.
