Eggrolls with saucy vegetables inside

When I was in college in Shawnee, OK, we used to eat at a chinese restaurant named Mandarin Gardens. They had egg rolls that were so big they would cut them into 3 sections on their buffet. The outsides were brown and crispy but their insides weren't dry....they had a flavorful sauce on the vegetables. The only eggrolls I've ever found since then are dry inside. Does anyone know of a restaurant in the Dallas area that might make the other kind? The restaurant in OK has been closed for many years.

Have you tried Rice Kitchen in North Dallas? They're not fancy, but heard the eggrolls are good.

I know what you're talking about and I've had those very large, juicy eggrolls at the long closed, Thai Nipa restaurant that used to be located where WaiWai kitchen is now housed at Lemmon Avenue across from Bob's Chophouse. I do not recall seeing them anywhere else at this time.
