Mamma's Falafal in Philly

The best falafal I have outside of Israel. You can tell it is something special, because it was packed when I was there at lunch and I was the only Yamuka in the place.

Total crossover success. I work very close to Mama's so I get to enjoy it a lot. The fresh pita is amazing, totally take it for granted until presented with prepackaged pita from lesser restaurants. For a change of pace, try the veggie patty and sabich sandwiches.

There are several other falafel options in Center City now, at least two of which are kosher, but there is no reason to stray from Mama's.

I so agree and to the OP so many times I see obviously local worker types there - such a good place:)!
