Affordable Breakfast Caterer

I am looking for an affordable breakfast caterer for a March 2013 wedding in Wheaton IL. One of our decisions for wanting a breakfast wedding is being able to provide a great meal for our guests but still on a budget. We are looking for something like some buffet style but mostly individual serving bars like parfait bar, pancake bar, omelet bar etc. An extra plus would be if they provided dishware and glasses along with the meal because our venue does not provide enough.
