We'll be staying near the Reeperbahn, would love some dinner suggestions for:

&
-steakhouse

Also any suggestions for a great Donar kebab to enjoy for a casual lunch?

Fab German food, great for dinner (I don't think they're open for lunch).

As for döner recs, I'd look at some of the Hamburg posts -- I think you might get lucky.
