French/Russian Style Service Restaurants?

I'm looking for a restaurant that serves in either the traditional French or Russian style, preferably Russian. It seems these restaurants have all but disappeared. Anyone know of any in the midwestern region? Anywhere from Minneapolis down to Kansas City, or as far east as Chicago I would love to know about!

What are you referring to when you say, "in either the traditional French or Russian style"?

Le Figaro in Davenport Iowa usually has a French serving style with some of its menu items, notably the "for two" items on the menu like the rack of lamb and the chateaubriand. I'd suggest asking if they'll be doing it when you make your reservation though.

You're talking about serving a guerdon, right? Tony's in St. Louis, for sure.
