Ginger Jam in oven?
I have a bunch of ginger from the farmer's market.
I want to make jam, but have never had much luck getting it to set.
I recently had an acquaintance tell me to put everything in the pot and make the jam as the recipe says, but instead of cooking on the stove top, to put the jam in the oven at 300 degrees F.
Has anyone tried this before?
Did it turn out?
Or does anyone have another way to use 2 lbs of ginger?
