Bouchon

Is their breakfast menu only available on the weekend? If so, any breakfast recommendations close to the Venetian? Thanks.

Love Bouchon for breakfast and never thought to have the chicken and waffles..
I'll be there in a couple of weeks and I can't wait.

I've had breakfast at Bouchon during weekdays and weekends. Love their Boudin Blanc and beignets.I know they're open everyday.

The Venetian websites states breakfast is served Monday through Friday and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Exactly...Like Eric said, Brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast menu every other day. I think its very cool they still open early every day and by the looks of the menu, there are lots of good things to try.

If you can, I definitely recommend the brunch over the breakfast. For example, you can't get roast chicken and waffles at breakfast, if I recall correctly. And it is delicious.

I've had a number of "chicken n' waffles" dishes - none even come close to the one at Bouchon LV. The French Toast gets the press - the chicken and waffles steal the show.

M-F are Breakfast which is quite good.
S-S are Brunch, which is better.

My rec is in good hands, if uhockey agrees! But seriously, the roast chicken is exactly what you would expect a perfectly prepared roast chicken with crisp skin, tender meat (even the breast), well brined with this delicious gravy. ANd I think the waffle has bacon in it?

It does indeed. It is that sauce that makes it, though.

Ah yes. I've only had this dish once. And I've wanted it again ever since. But I loved that gravy. On the chicken. On the waffle. On the pommes frites, which are also really well executed. On my fingers.
