Thought y'all might be interested. Bizzare Foods a few weeks ago was a good episode in Austin as well.

Cooking Channel's Eden Eats also had an Austin episode (the pilot).

Is Tony following the herd, or is his production process just slow? :)

That episode of Eden Eats is pretty good... she goes to some places that are a bit more off the path than what you typically see on shows about Austin food. I find her to be a bit annoying, but the Austin show's definitely worth watching for a bit of fun.

Agreed! I didn't like her cutie-mugging for the camera, but she dug into some deeply good Austin eats...

From the TV listing, looks like he's still playing the aging band groupie. :)

The episode is framed around SXSW. It was okay. He went to some cool places, he's been to Austin on the show before though.

OMG! Watching the part on Franklin's in HDTV was crazy! I've so got to go there on my next trip in two weeks.
