It's dad's 100th bday in december. Where can we take him for dinner?

Plenty of great places for such a wonderful celebration!

What type of food does he like.... and does he have any dietary restrictions?

He tends to stay away from wheat and he dislikes cheese and spices. So, he's generally american fare chicken, steak, fish... meat and potatoes - sometimes with a twist.

My guess is that he'd go for seafood, chicken or maybe a great steak

Most important is a front door we can drive up to and roll him in by wheelchair.
