Need quick suggestions for after work in Portland! Please!

A group of us were going out after work this evening to Bayside Bowl. Well, they're closed for renovations. Now we need to focus our energy elsewhere...

The requirements:

1. Parking (in a lot or plenty of street parking);
2. Decent food options;
3. Casual spot where some work buddies can just hang out...ala Bayside Bowl;
4. We would like to stay in Portland.

Go to Nuvare Res. Meets all your criteria except the parking issue. Weather is getting better for the afternoon/evening. Sit outside. Then stroll over to Portland Lobster Company. Free music at 7PM
