Ronnie...."Pub Curry" can mean so many different things, from a bought-in ready meal to something where a great deal of skill and time has been devoted.

Thanks Robin..I just wanted to get an idea in what the difference in ingredient and techniques are bewteen authentic indian and the anglo indian dishes

That's a huge question to ask in the UK! With many many different answers, none of them totally correct or totally wrong.
