Looking for an iron chef in Southwest Utah

Remember a chef who beat Bobbie Flay named Craig Haslebacher? He is in St. George, Utah. Anyone know where he works?

While I found several newspaper stories about him winning, I don't find the episode listed, either on FN or Wikipedia. Could it be that it was shot, but never shown?

IMDB doesn't have it either. I wonder if the chef's own PR keeps repeating that, and the articles just parrot it? Or if it was a cooking competition with Flay that wasn't Iron Chef (perhaps some local event)?
