    I get Hakubaku organic soba noodles from my local Harris Teeter and they are very good. One bowl in the morning fuels me for an entire day.

      Hime is the brand I like, but maybe that is because I don't have a large range of brands to choose from. What is important to me is that the noodles are all buckwheat and contain no sweet potato.
