It's the right spot for a kosher restaurant. The community needs one, but tends to not be able to support one.

truth is, the bottom line is a community doesn't need to support a restaurant. If it is good, it will stay open. if it is bad, that's when the community comes in and prevents it from shuttering. the community in MN rarely prevents things from shuttering and most of the restaurants have been bad.
