wedding reception suggestions - Quebec City
Looking for a recommendation for a small bistro or restaurant to seat approximately 40 guests. Hoping for a nice evening where we can celebrate a winter wedding after the ceremonies. Its in Quebec City during the last weekend of Carnaval.
