new lunch options

I feel like I need some new weekday lunch options. I know this has been discussed plenty of times before, but, does anyone have any suggestions of places that have just opened recently that I might have missed? Or even just things that are a little more obscure or out of the way?

Any type of food, inexpensive, and preferably around chinatown, market east, or old city. (Although, really, recs outside of that will get some use, I'm sure... if not by me then by others!)

Haven't been but Craig Laban was talking about Spice 28, a new place in the 1200 block of Chestnut during his chat yesterday. It is Pan-Asian from the folks at Sakura Mandarin
